Você conhece meu projeto 366 Músicas, do qual falei no DD aqui e aqui? Pois é, durante um ano, passei 366 dias tocando e subindo músicas as cover que toquei nos 366 dias de 2012, de Space Oddity em primeiro de janeiro até The End em 31 de dezembro! Muita gente não entende o projeto, ou qual o sentido de gravar estas músicas já que não sou particularmente bom em tocar nem cantar, como músico eu sou um ótimo especialista em tecnologia e inovação mesmo. Bem, este post é para explicar o motivo.
2012 foi um ano marcante, emocionante e difícil na minha vida, tão importante que até hoje estou aqui escrevendo sobre ele. Foi um ano de muitas emoções, com coisas incríveis e outras bem complicadas, mas segui tocando os meus covers. A música mais difícil de todas foi Moon River, gravada em homenagem ao meu amado papai George Ellis um dia depois da sua passagem, mas o meu irmão, minha família e meus amigos e amigas maravilhosos me deram a maior força e eu segui adiante, e de alguma forma, o projeto acabou curando minhas dores. Se hoje sou uma pessoa madura, realizada e completa, eu devo muito disso ao 366 Músicas, e é por isto que embarquei novamente nesta viagem musical.
Vendo a lista de músicas, me lembro da gravação de cada uma, ou seja, além dos covers, eu guardo uma história de cada dia. Como foi um ano de muitas viagens, gravei em cidades incríveis como Londres, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Nottingham, Taipei, Alter do Chão, sempre no quarto do hotel ou da casa onde eu estava, com algumas exceções, como as duas gravadas no Cubo de Conteúdo da Campus Party (e uma do lado de fora da Campus), uma no palco do YouPix Rio, e é claro o hino do Fluminense, gravado no dia do aniversário na arquibancada do clube nas Laranjeiras, além de duas tocadas em aeroportos enquanto estava a caminho do outro lado do mundo!
O meu canal acabou sendo apagado por conta de 3 strikes de uma banda que eu gosto muito, mas que não posso mais tocar. Criei um novo no YT, onde coloquei todas as músicas que tinha backup, e estou publicando todas as músicas que já gravei nestes primeiros dias de janeiro. Pretendo fazer uns lives para tocar as músicas que não tenho mais, que se perderam no backup do Google.
Anteontem em SP tive a maior dificuldade em gravar uma música, tentei tocar várias e nada dava certo, mas no final o resultado ficou bem divertido. Ontem depois de ficar uma hora e meia dentro do avião esperando o aeroporto abrir, cheguei em casa 23:55 e gravei a música no minuto seguinte, no primeiro take, cumprindo minha “obrigação” musical diária e bissexta, que na verdade é sempre um prazer. Nem sempre é fácil, mas no final de cada gravação sempre fico com uma sensação maravilhosa, o que me faz pensar que o 366 Músicas talvez seja uma das coisas mais legais que eu já fiz neste planeta!
